About
Lucy Crowe is an emerging artist based in Naarm/Melbourne, graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Psychology in 2026.
Working across painting, video, drawing, installation and photography, Crowe explores feminism, belonging and loss through an interest in the moments surrounding significant events. Her practice is concerned with what happens in the spaces before and after.
Drawing from personal experience and broader social and cultural contexts, Crowe examines how identity and belonging are shaped through relationships, memory and the environments we move through. Her multidisciplinary practice allows these ideas to be approached through both intimate and expansive forms, often balancing the personal with the political.
